Review The Beauty Club refund, cancellation, exchange, and discount policies before placing your order.

Refunds & Returns

We have a strict no refund and no return policy. All sales are final.

We do not accept returns because returned items cannot be restocked due to health and sanitation measures.

Order Cancellations

We do not cancel or refund orders after they are placed, processed, or in transit.

If you need changes made to your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you prior to order fulfillment.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with your lash product(s), please contact us immediately.

You must contact us no later than 72 hours from receipt of your order. Supporting photos and/or videos may be required.

Discount Codes

Customer discount codes are for one-time use per code unless otherwise specified.

If a one-time code exceeds one use, the remaining balance will be owed by the customer.

We cannot apply promotions or discounts to orders that have already been placed and processed.

Discount codes do not apply to subscription products.
