Shipping Policy

Review The Beauty Club shipping, processing, confirmation, and pickup details before placing your order.

Order Processing

Please allow 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for your order to be processed before shipment.

Order processing times may be extended if necessary due to high order volumes.

Order Confirmations

You will receive an order confirmation notification as soon as your order is placed.

You will also receive a shipping confirmation notification with a tracking number once The Beauty Club has shipped your order.

If you do not see your confirmation emails in your inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder.

Pickup Orders

In store pickup is available during store hours, Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Please pick up your order within 4 business days of it being ready. Orders not picked up within this time period may be subject to a $15 restock fee.

Shipping Process

Shipping delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Orders are mailed out weekly, Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM PST.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update with the shipping courier. Refer to your tracking number frequently for delivery updates.

The Beauty Club is not responsible for shipping delays.

When your package shows as delivered, please check your mailbox, parcel lockers, and front porch or doorstep. If you did not receive your package, contact UPS immediately so they can track the last scanned location using their GEO locating systems.
